Registration expresses interest in volunteering or joining a team. It does not create employment or a paid contract unless separately agreed in writing.

You agree to participate in good faith, follow reasonable instructions from coordinators, and communicate promptly if your availability changes.

You will treat beneficiaries, donors, and fellow volunteers with dignity and respect.

Harassment, discrimination, misuse of funds or materials, or conduct that harms the organization’s reputation may result in removal from activities.

You will not speak on behalf of Safeer-e-Hussain in the media or online unless authorized.

We collect your name, contact details, photo, signature, and related application information to coordinate volunteering and team work.

We will not sell your data or use it for spam. Access is limited to administrators who need it for coordination and records.

You may request updates or removal of your registration by contacting us at the email or phone listed on this site.

Your applicant photo and signature are stored with your registration for identification and administrative records, including printable application PDFs.

Event photos may be taken during activities for documentation and transparency; raise any concerns with a coordinator in advance.

Volunteering may involve physical activity, travel, or work in community settings. You take part at your own risk and should only do tasks you are comfortable and able to perform.

Safeer-e-Hussain is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from voluntary participation, except where required by applicable law.

Follow safety guidance given for each activity. If something feels unsafe, stop and inform a coordinator.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version linked from the registration form at the time you submit applies to that application.
